Pre-K and Kindergarten runs 12 months of the year, thereby offering your child the best quality, all-English speaking pre-school education available in Macedonia. With our new opening times of 8.00am–5.00pm, we are ready to prepare your child for elementary education, with an excellently designed program.

Pre-K (4–5 years of age) is an ideal opportunity to ready your child for elementary education. Our work focuses on readiness skills, with hands-on activities that prepare your child for an academic kindergarten.

Your child develops readiness for reading through vocabulary-building activities and exercises designed to stimulate visual and auditory discrimination. Your child will also learn to associate ideas, build logical sequences, and strengthen comprehension and memory skills.

Our well trained staff are fully equipped to deal with children who have no prior knowledge of English.

Kindergarten (5–6 years of age) is a wonderful experience for a child, and a critically important one, too. It is here that a child must be stimulated and encouraged to learn, in a warm and safe environment. This is what we offer here at American School Macedonia. With teaching staff that has over ten years’ experience in teaching Kindergarten, and teaching successfully, we know what works. We understand that a firm foundation in English, Math, Science and Social must be laid. Great attention is paid to language acquisition and we have a proven track record of success in this area. However, we also realize that fun and games are an integral part of a child’s development and we also have a lot of fun, too.

Tuition

Pre-K and Kindergarten run 12 months a year. The tuition cost is €200 per month, payable on the first of every month. We also offer a 10% discount on a full 12 month payment, paid in advance. Full monthly payment is required if your child is present at school for more than half of the month.

Food

Children are offered both breakfast and lunch within the school. Full menus will be given to parents upon enrollment. The cost for both breakfast and lunch is €50 per month, payable on the first of every month.
